About Me
I was born in Mexico City and come from a family of teachers. I started working as an English Teacher in Mexico since I was 18 years old. I have plenty of experience teaching kids of all ages including: toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary students: 1st, 2nd, 3th, 4th, 5th & 6th graders.
I enjoy helping out people, learning new things, and I do a little bit of volunteering whenever my schedule allows me to do so!
I also work as an Interpreter at IEP meetings & parent-teacher conferences, and as a substitute paraeducator of the "Northshore School District" & "Everett Public Schools". I am self employed and work as a contractor for the "King County Library System" providing Story times in Spanish Language & series of Early Literacy Workshops "Fiestas de Alfabetizacion Temprana", and I am currently teaching Spanish at a private School in Duvall.
I enjoy working with children and their families very much!
I am very good at Arts & Crafts projects. I have worked as an Art Docent, as a Spanish-English Interpreter for United Way TAX Campaign, and as a Medical Interpreter at different clinics & hospitals.
My only daughter is a child with special needs, and has taught me a good lesson in this life. I have learned to see things in another perspective, and to keep on working hard to achieve goals, to never give up, and to try new things no matter how hard they can be!
